Hinged lip dock

The hydraulic tilting mechanism and hinged lip enables the RH11 dock leveller to cover the gap and height between the loading dock and the truck, allowing it to rest firmly on the truck. This type of embedded pit loading leveller can support loads of up to 15,000kg, with a maximum working gradient of 12.5%.

Telescopic dock levellers

Representing over 40% of the European market, the dock levellers with telescopic lip allow you to adapt to all loading and unloading situations. Thanks to the lip’s retractable movement, they allow for larger height differences between loading docks and trucks. At Toro Loading Docks, we offer two types of dock levellers with telescopic lip: The RH2 has a retractable lip of 500mm, allowing it to adapt perfectly to any loading dock. The RH3 has a retractable lip of 1,000mm and is especially recommended for isothermal installations thanks to its perfect seal.
